Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

We are making some more nice progress on the CEPDB feeder and analyzer scripts which extend the functionality of the database. We are having a good run these days.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

This week is spring break and all the undergrads have left town, so everything is nice and quiet in the department. Not bad for a change :). In the meantime we are generating new workunits and a fresh SQL dump of CEPDB for our collaborators.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Laszlo has been playing with a timeline tool to visualize the progress of the project. We cannot wait to roll it out on our webpage.

And we can not wait to see it.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Laszlo is applying for summer fellowships these days to continue his work with us over the break. We all keep our fingers crossed. He'€™s a great guy and we are lucky to have such a talented undergrad on our team.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

After some nice advances on the CEPDB feeder and analyzer we now shift our focus back to the HTML user frontend.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

New lists for high power conversion efficiency and low bandgap candidates are ready for our friends at Stanford. Laszlo is currently adding figures so that they can be reviewed more easily. The new lists contain the data of 150 million DFT calculations on 2.3 million molecular motifs with 24 million conformers.

Were these lists generated by the WCG calculations?
