Mr. Kai Trepte is the latest addition to the Aspuru-Guzik Research Group. He is a professional software engineer and will help out on different project with his technical expertise. He will probably also pitch in at the Clean Energy Project to streamline the underlying software infrastructure.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Actually, Kai already gave his first group meeting yesterday – it was not yet about any results but about what he brings to the table to support the various research efforts that are going on in the Aspuru-Guzik Group. There is clearly a lot of overlap with CEP, so he’s gonna be a great asset for the project. We are happy to have him on board.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the victims of the tragic events at the Boston Marathon yesterday. We are deeply saddened by the loss of life and suffering, but we also trust in the spirit and resilience of this great city.
