Just downloaded ARP1_0034391_097_0 from the unstuck batches with a 1.5 day deadline. I don't think this one was previously reported.

Over the last couple of days, I received several ARP1 WUs with a very short due time; interestingly none of them were resent WUs.

Thank you adriverhoef.
That is running slowly. Only 4 generations in 14 days. Mike |

Another Sunday, so another full report. This one overshadowed by the forthcoming shutdown
The 3 'new' ultras need to advance by 5 generations per week to catch up to the calculated completion date. They are currently in generations 006, 006 & 008 so have averaged 5.7 generations in the week. Only the last of the 'old' ultras is still discernible, now in generation 091. The rest are mixed in with the other unstuck units. There are 120 units in the extreme range of which 117 are listed by WCG. That means 3 have yet to move since being restarted. The definitions of accelerated(priority) & normal have moved on 2 generations and extreme only 1, since last week to 125, 135 & 119, respectively. 54,662 units have validated in the week (down to 7,808.9 per day) so we now have 2,000,493 remaining until the end of the project. We almost cracked the 2 million mark. My calculated completion date is now 26 October 2022, but please add 2 months for the shutdown. This assumes that a full generation 182 will be the last and everyone continues as now until the end. If those University machines return from their holiday that might shorten the timespan but it currently means that those 3 new ultras will have to be validated every 34 hours average for the whole period. The end of the year is less likely as there may be a drop-off of crunchers because of the shutdown. I am a little concerned about the number of units in generation 098. There doesn't seem to be enough movement around there. Mike |
