Re: Minnesota Crunchers

I'm in Kansas bird watching in Quivira National Wildlife Refuge. We have had tornado and flood warnings here for the last 3 or 4 days. Gets the blood pumping for sure! hypnotized
Hope my house is OK back home... worried

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

The NWS has spoken. the Iowa storm was EF5. Top of the known scale. Let us hope for no F6's.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Dataman, I hope so too. Should be home tomorrow afternoon to see if anything is damaged.
I'm in a hotel on I35 in Missouri near the Iowa border and now it looks like a rough night weather wise. Big rotating super cell thunderstorms heading my way. Looks like injuries in Nebraska already tonight. I will have one eye open tonight for sure! hypnotized

Hi Ho, Sgt.Joe!!

Just thought I would see how it's going in the great North.

The North is good. Spring has arrived and finally the rains with it. It has been cool and finally wet. Got 1/2 inch last night and 1.5 inches the night before. Badly needed here. Thankfully no storm damage. The NWS says we may get our first 80 (27C) this weekend. All of the lilacs are in full bloom.

Cheers
