Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

being this is a low priority project there are few spots in the feeder so you will run into alot of times when there is just no work curently loaded.

if you select just this project and uncheck the if no work avalible you will find out that you will get these in batches of 1-3 with alot of times no work avalible...

if no work is listed as avalible and you manualy check in a few min you might find work next time.

right now i have this project unchecked cause i think i have enough in my IP and my PV jail to make gold

I've got ~300 WU's (between 6 computers). All I've done is set the cache to 2dys and only select DDDT2.

While I don't usually have a cache this size. It works with this pace of delivery.

Once again, a terminology problem. This is not a low priority project, it is an Intermittent project. That means that WU will be released intermittently. http://www.merriam-webster.com/netdict/intermittently The project is allocated a number of feeder slots that is related to the number of total WU to be released in a day.

The reason that the WU are hard to get is because there are more people requesting dddt2 wu than there are WU. They get grabbed up quickly because there are a lot of people grabbing.

If a waiter puts 3 light beers and 50 dark beers on a table in front of 30 thirsty people, does that make light beer a low priority? No, it makes it a selection problem since there is still beer for everybody.

Must be the luck of the draw. I had only 1 box set to DDDT2 only. It was down to 3 WU left to crunch this AM so I added C4CW to the mix. It now has 140 of them in cache. It's not really a big deal. Just wanted to know if things had changed.

Crunch on! cool

Astrolab, You are correct in explaining what i meant by low priority. Thank you for making this statement to clarify things, as I hope mine did not confuse people.

(I guess i muddied the water?)
