----------------------------------------I will try again, you have given me hope :D EDIT: I have to say, this new way of limiting work units is making it so much easier to manage things. I run 6 MIP, then it can pick up any Africa units it can, and have gotten more TB units since I started going for the new project than in a year most likely! I have been repeatedly been requesting work at 00.08 and are 00.38 no joy.. Maybe my timing off or 8 min is no longer valid. 00.08 / 00.38 is still valid as of TODAY Sent Time 11/8/19 05:08:32 11/7/19 20:38:23 11/7/19 20:38:23 11/7/19 19:38:27 11/7/19 11:08:21 11/6/19 17:25:06 11/5/19 15:08:28 11/5/19 02:38:35 11/4/19 15:08:15 11/4/19 15:08:15 I must be doing something wrong. I go to the project and select Update. Should I do this at the minute or just before?   |

I must be doing something wrong. I go to the project and select Update. Should I do this at the minute or just before? I usually set my computers for a general 2 day reserve with a maximum just a few units from other projects. This way my computers are always in demand for ARP units because my two day reserve is not met. Just don't hold your breath, I managed to snag around 12 units since the beginning, using around 10 computers.   |

I've returned 85 Wu's with another 65 Wu's on hand among 4 Box's ... Luck of the draw I guess ... :D

I just got 3 WU by manually doing an update at 38:18 after the hour. Currently crunching on two I got Wed. Estimated 32 hrs to comp on my i7 laptop Ram usage is 304 MB per WU.

The odd one out from your list, was it by any chance a re-send (suffix 2 or greater) ? HSTB used to send out their re-sends whenever they arose rather than the strict times that new units were sent out. Mike |

Successfully used your technique and 38min after the hour (8 minute did not work with me). I just got my 8 thread laptop loaded with ARF WU's. My first two have been crunching for 36 hrs. |
