Oh and the week-end is about to start.
Last week or before it seemed to fix itself over the week-end so maybe there is hope. Time to look at what the backups have available |

Again, a shortage of "new" MCM1 tasks, only a few resends..... I am not even getting resends. I will be dry soon, but DENIS has work units and that will keep a couple crunchers warm. Pretty typical for a Friday evening, not that I am cynical. Cheers

I must be lucky or something. I'm getting lots of resends, and now I'm again at the 25 tasks I have set to have in the cache. Most of them are now _2 resends, and when I finish one task, almost immediately, I get one more _2 resend.

Yup, dry as a bone aside from the occasional resend. If there's one thing painfully clear about BOINC, it's that it's a very hands-on project whether you run a client or a server.

I did get 15 newly created tasks, between 2024-03-16, 15:40:08 UTC+1, and 2024-03-16, 17:44:33 UTC+1. But now the new tasks seems to have dried up again, and I'm back to getting only resends,

I had (6) machines that were dry, with another (12) about to stall.
I opened-up the Backup Projects (Asteroids and Rosetta -- Denis didn't have any to send) just so the machines wouldn't sit idle. They'll crunch on those through the weekend, and I will judge whether to swap-back Monday. |
