Made it to 5 years on Ebola. My current goal is to get 10 years on each project presently running, then focus efforts on cancer and aids projects. And a laudable goal that is. I saw the name change and figured it was you.Kind of makes me think of this ![]() I am trying for a minimum of sapphire on anything new. Once I get that I am all in on any cancer project. I am hoping for 50 years on the current MCM1. I don't know if I can make that, but I think I can come close. We'll see. Crunch on. Cheers

http://www.startribune.com/business/298049591.html It will get more expensive to crunch soon...bummer. ![]() Greedy bastards. They keep sticking money into these not so efficient out dated nuke plants. From what I have seen, the newer more efficient plants cost less to operate and maintain with less than half to operate. I used to work security at the monticello plant. Crumbling accident waiting to happen. Moratorium is lifted but the greedy bastards want the government to pay to build it but they want the profits.

Yeah, I remember when they advertised electricity was "penny cheap." I do not have your inside knowledge of how they maintain their plant but I was under the impression they had to take better care of the Monticello plant than the Sherburne plant. I like the idea of nuclear power, but the utility had better watch its P's and Q's. I do not care at all for greedy executives.

When they have an outage, scheduled shut down for about a month for maintenance, costs them a million a day. Thats when major components get replaced. About every 18 months. As old as that plant is (online early 70's), they should have not been given a renewal for another 25 years. Will be surprised if it makes it 15 years.

Like the eggs, don't like the gas! Every holiday has its aftereffects. After Thanksgiving and Christmas it's turkey sandwiches for a couple of weeks. I love turkey sandwiches. After the Easter ham, its ham sandwiches and egg salad sandwiches. Two more things I love to eat. I am lucky that the eggs do not affect my digestive tract in a noxious way. I also have to pace myself or I'd weigh 200 lbs (90 kgm). ![]() Cheers

Now I am a little bit frosted. I just got a notice that my ISP Clearwire is going to be shutdown in 6 months. I called and asked about what the Sprint options might be and was told everything would go through Sprint now.(They have an automated call in procedure and it took quite a number of button pushes through their menus to get to a human being.) Their first and cheapest option would cost me $5.00 more than I now pay and it would be metered service with a 3gb per month cap.(I currently pay for unlimited service 750k up and 1.5m down.) I told them I would search elsewhere.
----------------------------------------. Dear Valued CLEAR/Clearwire Customer, You are receiving this notice because our records show you are subscribed to services on the CLEAR 4G (WiMAX) Network or Clearwire Expedience network. Sprint is in the process of implementing major enhancements to the Sprint 4G LTE Network, including the deployment of Sprint Spark, an enhanced LTE network capability, by repurposing the CLEAR 4G (WiMAX) Network and Clearwire Expedience Network. As a valued customer, we are providing you formal notice that Sprint will cease operating the CLEAR 4G (WiMAX) Network and Clearwire Expedience Network on November 6, 2015 at 12:01AM EST. What this means to you: ⢠Sprint will no longer support CLEAR 4G WiMAX and Clearwire Expedience devices or services. ⢠Your CLEAR 4G WiMAX and Clearwire Expedience devices and services will no longer work, including your ability to contact 9-1-1. ⢠You should not return your device(s). To discuss your options or learn more, please call 1-888-888-3113. Thank you for your business. Sincerely, CLEAR/Clearwire Wireless Cheers

Not sure if you have satellite tv but know dish offers hi speed internet. Not sure of the price but worth looking into. Just sucks when storms come through as that crap knocks out tv service along with snow storms too. Check again on DSL as these systems have been upgraded to reach a bit further.
