Re: Minnesota Crunchers

If the weather stays cool, will be able to fire up the beast to add 23 threads.

That will be a nice boost. It looks like all of the nights will be cool now, although they did have one day it might make it to the 80's F (26-28 C)
yet.

Nice to see you got the picture thing figured out, I see it did take a few tries.

Cheers

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Yeah, been awhile since I posted pics. Thinking next month the beast should be able to run 24/7. Sure lowered my juice bill not running it though.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Ou poi Joe, you did it again.
About Yukon Gold, last year when you post pics, did absolutely pick grand size of those. But now did read story behind of it potaato itself, and there everything to make Indiana Jones movie or something.....

Really tricky part me to get pal for george, is as far I can say, it is just totally illegal to import any potaatto from US-continent to FI as individual citizen.

Some pic of me. Spend day on spa where they literally brush you down with some pretty rare clay.
Clay itself as thump-rule is something to avoid as far as I can see, since more like cradle of all kind of bacterias and bugs.
But there is pretty clear evidence that "French" green clay actually work totally another way.
Did put French on "", since this is purely matter of mineralogy, and one of the best Fe2+ (green antibacterial form) profile happen to be found from Oregon

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

That is one weird picture. The shade of green looks a bit like the Frankenstein monster or the Wicked Witch of the West from the Wizard of OZ.

I had to shut down everything this morning for a while. A short lived thunderstorm came through with quite a lightning show. There was a couple of house rattlers so I know they were close. Supposedly the cooler, drier weather is not too far behind. The temperature this morning was 74 F (23C) with the dew point of 68F(20C). Sticky, sticky, sticky.

My beefsteak tomatoes are now ripening fast and furious. My wife is taking most of them to make some mild salsa. She puts in celery, garlic, carrots, onions and whatever other vegetables she thinks will add flavor. No two batches are ever the same. The leftover juice is what I think is the best part. Similar to V8, but always slightly different.

Finally got my first pullet egg and about time too. You feed the chicks all summer without a return, so now they start to earn their keep. It will be at least two to three weeks before they are consistent.

Pretty much like that.
Clay when did start to dry, sure make me feel like some frankenstein, lady which I did share this quality time, turn out to be kind of witchy one from my point of view.

General Strike here on Finland tomorrow.
While I did pack my sleeping on office set , lady was dusting some red banner. We did agree that we cannot be even f-buddies, well I sure did.

It was fun hold three week or something tongue

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

I am not clear on just what the purpose of a general strike may be, but it does not seem very productive. I read a number of the comments, most of which were translated fairly well. Some support the strike and others not so. I did like a particular statement just because I like the expression in it.

" In fact, at least I go to work despite the strike and I promise to press the sweat cap in order to lakkolaistenkin work will be done, says the nickname Temeksi."

The phrase "to press the sweat cap" must mean he will work hard. I could not find a translation for "lakkolaistenkin" but I think it would mean to "make sure" or "make certain."

Cheers

Shortly: Our new prime minister did propose that workers on public sector, would have 30 day holiday per year on future, instead of current 38 day.
He also did propose that on Sundays instead of having double salary, it would just be 75% higher.
Well there goes Finland, you cannot negotiate with son's of kekkoslovakia

>I could not find a translation for "lakkolaistenkin
Lakkolainen means person on strike. So dude is saying that he (Teme) will work his brows to sweat and make sure that work of those on strike, will also performed.

Thanks

Even though the government wishes to cut the Sunday pay rate and the number of vacation(holiday) days, the amounts still seem pretty generous. I worked in public sector for over 30 years and in the private sector over 10 years. In the public sector it took more than 20 years to get my annual vacation allotment to 25 days which I thought was very generous indeed. We always got paid for Sunday work the same as any other day. We had wanted to get some Sunday incentive pay but it never happened. If they had budged on the weekend pay it would have made scheduling easier as some always seemed to get sick more on weekends than on weekdays.

Don't kill the goose which lays the golden eggs.

Cheers
